Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of capsacg.com and any accounting, tax, payroll or advisory engagement you purchase from Capstone Accounting Group, LLC. By using the website or paying for a service you agree to them.

Last updated August 24, 2026

1. Who we are

Capstone Accounting Group, LLC is a limited liability company registered in the United States, with its place of business at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. You can reach us at info@capsacg.com or +1 312 604 5253.

2. Services we provide

We provide professional services including bookkeeping, tax preparation and filing, payroll, CFO advisory, business set-up support and audit support. The precise scope, deliverables and fees for your work are set out in the engagement letter or the service description you purchase online.

Nothing on this website is legal, investment or individual tax advice. Advice is given only under a signed engagement, based on the records and information you supply.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide complete, accurate and timely records, statements and identification documents.
  • Review deliverables such as returns and financial statements before we file or issue them.
  • Keep your portal credentials confidential and tell us immediately if they are compromised.
  • Meet statutory deadlines that depend on your approval; we are not liable for penalties caused by late information or approval.

4. Fees, payment and taxes

Fixed-fee services (for example an advisory consultation or a business tax return) are payable in advance. Recurring services such as monthly bookkeeping are billed monthly in advance on the date you subscribe, and renew automatically until cancelled.

Card payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store your full card details. Prices are quoted in US dollars; any sales tax that applies is calculated and added at checkout. Failed or reversed payments may pause work until the balance is settled.

5. Subscriptions, upgrades and cancellation

You can change or cancel a subscription at any time from the client portal. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals; access and service continue to the end of the period already paid for.

Our refund and cancellation terms form part of these terms and are set out in full on the Cancellation & Refund Policy page.

6. Confidentiality and data protection

We treat your financial records as confidential and disclose them only to our personnel working on your engagement, to sub-processors that help us deliver the service, or where required by law or professional standards. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we protect it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied to us.

8. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for fees for work performed up to termination. We may suspend or end an engagement where fees are unpaid, where we are asked to act unlawfully, or where a conflict of interest or independence issue arises.

9. Intellectual property

Website content, templates and working papers remain our property. You receive a licence to use the deliverables prepared for you for your own business and compliance purposes.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. We may update them; the version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
