The Capstone Accounting Group team in a modern office lobby

Our story

Every set of books is somebody's story.

Capstone Accounting Group, LLC keeps that story straight — accurate, early and explained in plain language.

How we work

We are a US firm built around owner-managed businesses: fixed fees agreed up front, a senior accountant leading every engagement, and no work handed to a stranger halfway through the year.

The approach is deliberately unglamorous: accurate books, early filings and clear explanations. Clients stay because the work is dependable, not because of a sales cycle.

  1. 01

    The climb

Most owners come to us mid-climb: the business is working, but the books lag, filings creep up and nobody can say what this month really earned. We start by rebuilding the ledger so the numbers are true before anyone makes a decision on them.

  2. 02

    The keystone

A capstone is the last stone set — the one that holds the arch together. That is the role of a closed month: reconciled accounts, a clean profit and loss statement, and a cash position you can act on without hedging.

  3. 03

    The season ahead

With current numbers we can plan instead of react: quarterly estimates, entity and compensation choices, financing packs and forecasts that survive contact with a lender.

  4. 04

    The quiet part

Then it becomes routine. Books closed by the 15th, filings early, one senior accountant who knows your business and answers within a business day.
